In Nepalese history, Elephants have played a great role and it significance cannot be describe. The Royal kings of Nepal use to take elephants as a pride, for conquering a huge animals under their instruction. The kings use to take elephant ride on specially occassion like weeding ceremony and village tour. Elephants were also used for hunting purpose in different parts of Nepal, and many wars were also fought riding on it.
