Users Obligations

Products
All the products listed here are hand-made products from local artists and artisans. The product can, therefore, deviate by up to 5% from what the image/photos show, due to the very nature of the product made by hand at different times. The materials used are exact, but their color, texture, and quantity might differ slightly from time to time due to conditions beyond human control.

Prices
All prices, are in US Dollars unless otherwise clearly stated by appropriate currency symbol (For example Australian Dollar will be represented by AUD or A$). iMartNepal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on its Website.

All products/services and information displayed on iMartNepal constitute an “invitation to offer” for a sale.  iMartNepal reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. The agreement between you and the iMartNepal shall be subject to the following terms and conditions.

Order
We strive our best to fulfill all our orders. Order fulfillment is subject to availability with the supplier and manufacturer and subject to the deliverability of the product to the destination where it is to be shipped. In case of any issue with fulfillment, the shopper will be notified before canceling the order and reimbursing in full.

Shipping
We ship the product within 3 days of purchase through expedited services with a normal delivery time of 3 weeks. It may get delivered as soon as within a week or up to 5 weeks, depending on our shipper’s load and schedules. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by iMartNepal for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

iMartNepal shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that may be caused by flood, fire, wars, acts of disaster, or any cause that is beyond the control of iMartNepal.

All products are screened to ensure that they are of the standard, quality, composition, style, or model that they represent.
